By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Tickets & Bookings

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date, event or service.
  • In the event of cancellation by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted regarding the available options.
  • If the event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control, tickets may remain valid for the revised date or another suitable option may be provided at the organiser's discretion.
  • The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, artists, activities, food stalls, facilities or venue arrangements without prior notice.

Entry, Conduct & Supervision

  • Entry may be refused to anyone behaving in a disruptive, abusive, unsafe or inappropriate manner.
  • Children and minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of a responsible parent, guardian or accompanying adult at all times.
  • Guests attend the event at their own risk and are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of any children or persons under their supervision.

Health, Safety & Liability

  • Basuri Events shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage or death arising from attendance at or participation in the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  • Guests participating in Garba Raas, dancing or any other physical activity acknowledge that such activities may involve an inherent risk of slips, trips, falls, collisions, physical injury or other accidents. Guests participate voluntarily and should take appropriate care and consider their own physical condition before participating.
  • Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions, venue rules and directions given by event staff, security personnel or other authorised representatives.
  • Basuri Events accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents or medical conditions arising from a guest's participation in dancing, Garba Raas, physical activities or general attendance, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
  • Guests should not attend the event if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or otherwise pose a risk to the health and safety of other attendees.
  • In the event of an emergency, guests must follow instructions from venue staff, event organisers, security personnel and emergency services.

Belongings, Food & Vendors

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
  • Food and beverages purchased from independent stallholders are the responsibility of the relevant vendor. Guests with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should check directly with the relevant stallholder before consuming any food or beverage.
  • Basuri Events is not responsible for any allergic reaction, illness, injury or other consequence arising from food or beverages purchased or consumed from independent vendors, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, guests acknowledge that photography, filming and videography may take place. Images and recordings may be used for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
  • Guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify event staff upon arrival. However, due to the nature of public events, Basuri Events cannot guarantee that an individual will not appear incidentally in wider event photographs or recordings.

Removal, Damage & Governing Law

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event where necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or the enjoyment of other guests. No refund will ordinarily be provided in such circumstances.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their actions to the venue, equipment, facilities or property belonging to the organiser, venue or third parties, where legally liable.
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales.
